About Us Nigel Marston Motorsport supplies original BMW and quality aftermarket accessories and parts for all models of BMW.

We pride ourselves on our high standard of friendly and personal customer service. We are BMW enthusiasts ourselves and we drive BMWs as our everyday transport so we share your enthusiasm and appreciation of the marque.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payments. You can either pay by credit card using the PayPal secure server (see the Credit Card Security section below for instructions) or opt to send us your credit card details by telephone, fax or post. We can accept Visa, Mastercard and most other major UK credit and debit cards. For overseas buyers, we can accept Visa or Mastercard. All credit card transactions are in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP). If you are billed by your card company in a different currency, they will convert the transaction to your own currency.

If you experience a problem when paying online, please email us so that we can rectify the issue.

We can also accept payment by PayPal, cheque, UK Postal Orders, International Money Orders and direct bank transfers. Payment by UK cheques require 7 days to clear before goods are despatched. Payment by cheques or International Money Orders from outside of the UK may take up to a number of weeks to clear before goods can be despatched. All payments made which are not in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) will incur a £5 banking transaction charge (except for PayPal payments) up to a total order value of £100 or £8 charge on orders over £100. If you wish to pay using a direct bank transfer, please email us for instructions. We can accept bank transfers in Euros at no extra cost.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the very rare case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Most orders are despatched by post. Larger items may be despatched by courier.

Our website is set up to ensure the most cost effective shipping. If you wish to use a faster or a different postal/shipping service then please contact us.

For multiple purchases where postal savings can be made, we will calculate postage upon receipt of your order and refund the excess postage if you have already made payment. To ensure sufficient insurance cover, it may not always be possible to combine items in the same package. Please email us with any queries about combined postage and we will look at your situation individually.

Our post and packing charges are kept to a minimum.
Delivery Schedule We usually desptach by insured post or by courier for larger items.

First class post within the UK usually arrives in around a day or two. Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK arrives the next working day after despatch. Royal Mail Standard Parcels within the UK can take up to 7 days to arrive. Airmail to Europe usually arrives in approximately 7 days and 10 days to the rest of the world.

All delivery times are approximate and are intended as a guide only. We endeavour to despatch the next working day after your order is placed. Please contact us if you have any queries about delivery.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. However, we do try to keep sufficient stock of all items on our website.
Tax Charges We are located both in the UK. The price you see on the website is the price you pay inclusive of any sales taxes, if applicable.

Orders that are despatched from the UK are not subject to VAT as we are not UK VAT registered.
Credit Card Security We accept credit card payments through PayPal using their secure card handling systems, so you an be sure that you card details will be kept secure. We do not have access to any of your card details that you supply to PayPal.

To pay by credit card, select the 'PayPal or Credit Card using the PayPal Secure Server' option during checkout. Click the 'Pay by PayPal' button, then click on the button that says 'Click Here if you do not have a PayPal account'. This will then take you to PayPal's secure server.
Guarantee If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, please inform us within 30 days of purchase and we will supply instructions to allow you to return the item. All we ask is that the packaging is complete and undamaged (except for opening) and that the goods and any parts are complete and in original condition. If the items were correctly supplied and not faulty, then you will receive a full refund less the original postage and packing charges and any payment transaction charges where applicable (ie. surcharges for payments in overseas currencies etc). You will also have to pay the return postage charges.

When you receive your goods, please check them carefully for damage. If they are damaged or faulty, please email us with a description of the damage to both the goods and the packaging and/or the fault. Photographs can also be useful. Please retain all packaging as it may be required for inspection by the post office in the event of a claim. We aim to rectify any problems as quickly and efficiently as possible but we require your co-operation and a little patience from you in order to do so. In the case of a claim for damage or loss, it may be necessary to wait until settlement of the claim by the carrier before a replacement is sent or a refund is given.

If your goods have not arrived within the estimated periods given above, then please email us and we will investigate the matter promptly.

Please do not return any goods before informing us by email that you wish to do so. If returning goods, please ensure that you follow the instructions we supply to you and that goods are securely packaged.

Our preferred method of contact is by email. All emails will be responded to. You may also telephone us on our UK customer service number which is shown above. This number may often be staffed outside of normal office hours. However, there are times when we will not be available to take your call. At such times, please leave a message on our voicemail and we will contact you.
Privacy Policy Nigel Marston Motorsport do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
